The Right Team - Passionate About What We Do
BeneLeaves was founded by Peg and Jeff Hollenback in 2017, both of them bringing significant experience in business, commercial food processing, and manufacturing. Bill Williams partnered with Peg and Jeff in late 2017, adding his sales expertise, management of brand marketing, and licensing agreements.
BeneLeaves’ attention to detail, passion for the industry, and scalability make them the perfect white labeling partners.

Bill Williams, JR - CEO/President
Bill has a history of working for national brands, leading teams to develop brand awareness and increased revenues. After leading a regional sales team for Coca-Cola, Bill helped his father build the family business into a national brand: Glory Foods. From seed to shelf, Bill was responsible for building brand marketing with fresh produce growers, co-packers, and brokers; expanding the company’s footprint by over 400 percent.
Bill graduated from Boston University with a degree in economics. Bill is a member of NCIA, MCBA, and OHCANN.

Peg Hollenback - Founding Partner
Peg has over two decades of leadership roles in the food and beverage industry, and education field, giving her a strong foundation in operations, sales, marketing, and management principles. Looking for solutions to life’s issues, Peg founded PegEd, an educational company focused on solving her son’s learning differences. Similarly faced with her own and family health issues, she explored alternate medical solutions and began the journey, entering into the medical cannabis space.
Peg is a graduate of Miami University. She is an advanced Orton-Gillingham tutor, specializing in orthographic linguistics. Peg is a member of NCIA and OHCANN.

Rose Keener - CFO/CIO/CSO
Rose Keener came to BeneLeaves in January 2020 as a consultant, referred by 2 of BeneLeaves investors she had worked with in the past. BeneLeaves saw what they needed and hired her.
Rose is a diverse, experienced professional with a proven record of business operations, vendor relationships, customer service, process improvement and project management. She is manages our financial reporting, administration, human resources, and IT. She has grown with the company and became CFO in 2021.
When not working, Rose is digging in the dirt in her Clintonville gardens, reading a mystery novel, or spending time with her husband, daughters and friends.

Kyle Light - COO
Kyle is Chief Operation Officer of BeneLeaves. He began at BeneLeaves in the fall of 2019 and quickly became involved in all facets of operations. As COO, Kyle ensures operations run efficiently and smoothly while staying true to the company’s mission: helping people live better lives through cannabis.
His hands-on approach and commitment to people-first leadership have made him a driving force behind the company’s growth. He believes that leadership is about service, ensuring that his colleagues have the tools and support they need to succeed.
At his core, Kyle values integrity, innovation, and impact. Whether leading operations or supporting his team, his goal remains to create a lasting, positive difference in people’s lives.
Born and raised in Coshocton, OH, Kyle attended Xavier University, where he honed his leadership and analytical skills.

Emilie Ramach - VP, Business and Gov. Affairs
Emilie has spent the majority of her professional career in both the adult use and medical cannabis industries. She has extensive expertise in dispensary management, regulatory compliance, and cannabis processing to empower cannabis consumers and patients with safe, quality-driven access to products that enhance their well-being.
She has been involved with various political campaigns & committees, panelist speaker, patient education, dispensary management & marketing, cultivation & processing of the cannabis plant, and legislative policy discussions.
Emilie is a member of NCIA, Columbus Chamber of Commerce and OHCANN.
